Finally, a solution for Condo and HOA Accounting

Welcome to the first blog post of the Feldman, Feldman & Baratz website. We'll think of a catchy blog title soon.

Typically, we receive about 5-10 phone calls per day with basic questions relating to the Condominiums and Homeowners' Associations industry in Florida. Heck, even when we have a question, there is nobody to call. We have to do the research and make the best decision possible as it relates to the Florida Statutes, Florida Administrative Codes, and GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles). So, we decided to fix this problem for everyone. We want this blog to be the go-to solution for unit-owners, property managers, bookkeepers, and accountants.

You can look forward to many topics related to Reserves, Budgeting, Management Companies, Bookkeeping, and more. All of it will relate directly to CIRAs (Common Interest Realty Associations) in the State of Florida.
