Feldman, Feldman & Baratz
Founded in 1986 by Michael J. Feldman as a traditional accounting business, the firm had a wide array of clients such as small to medium-size businesses, Individuals, Trusts, Estates, and Condominium and Homeowner Associations.

As the Condominium and Homeowners Associations area became more demanding, the firm adapted and is one of the premier accounting firms in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties for Condominium and Homeowners Association financial reporting and tax preparation.

Feldman, Feldman & Baratz is constantly watching trends and researching the new regulations to help provide added-value to our clients' financial needs. With constantly changing tax codes, statutes, and other industry-related rules, the firm makes sure their clients are always up-to-date.

Born in New York, Michael and his family moved to Florida when he was a child. Michael was a CPA for over 34 years in the South Florida Area. When Michael wasn't working, he enjoyed traveling with his wife and doing philanthropic work. Michael was on the Board of Hillel of Palm Beach and a supporter of FAU Athletics Program.

Mindy started her career as an efficiency expert for FPL and later decided to become a CPA. 24 years later, Mindy still uses that knowledge in accounting and helping her clients stay efficient and well managed. Mindy enjoys playing Mahjong, traveling and philanthropy. Mindy has served on the Board of National Council of Jewish Women -SE Atlantic Section and still plays an active role in the organization. Mindy was awarded the Hannah G. Solomon award for her leadership and service to the community.

Matthew has been with the firm since 2003 and is now a Partner in the firm. Growing up in Florida and specifically in neighborhoods with HOAs, Matthew knows the value they serve in the community. A well run HOA/Condo can help keep values up and provide enjoyment for families in the community. Matthew donates some of his downtime to serve on committees in his own neighborhood. When he is not helping an Association, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, traveling, and Do-It-Yourself projects around the house. He is not afraid of power tools, despite his choice of profession. (Say hello to him next time you're in Home Depot). He loves good BBQ and tends to steer his travel near BBQ joints across the USA.

Prior to joining the firm, she was a successful professional for 9 years in the financial services and pharmaceuticals industries awarded manager of the year as well as earning multiple honors and recognition awards. Following those years, her primary position became raising her two daughters. While staying at home, she took on the bookkeeping and management supervision of a 40-unit rental community. Her experience and interpersonal skills are truly an asset to this firm.

In her off-time, Cynthia volunteers for the Alzheimer's Association, loves travel, photography, Broadway shows, sporting and social events, and spending time with her daughters.

Coming from hospitality, Taylor has a service-oriented background. He believes that pleasing clients and focusing on small details is key to providing professional service. When he is not crunching numbers, you can find him watching collegiate sports, specifically football and basketball. Hailing from UCF and FAU, he loves to see the underdogs pull through!

Steven has spent his entire 11-year professional career working in the Investment Banking industry. He has worked with both Deutsche Bank, and BNY Mellon. Always looking for a new challenge, he strives to be outside his comfort zone. When not racing the desk jockeys, he enjoys hiking, painting, or getting lost in a good book.
